§ 208-4. Violations and penalties.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof in a summary proceeding before a District Justice, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $300, plus costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, be imprisoned for a period not to exceed 90 days.
